Street Outreach Hours:

Tuesday, 1:00-5:00pm

We provide our clients with access to basic hygiene needs, a meal at breakfast, and one on one case management to define and work towards individual goals. We provide relevant programming to keep clients engaged and looking toward the future.

The Journeys of Hope case manager serves as the primary contact for our clients as well as an advocate and mentor in coordinating outside referrals to other agencies. We offer our clients case management and daily programming to address the needs and interests of young adults.  Some of our classes and counseling services include:

• Applying for and obtaining housing
• Job searching, obtaining jobs and keeping jobs, interview preparation
• Assistance with educational goals, GED, College, Vocational Training
• Obtaining health, dental, and mental health services
• Classes on obtaining driving permits and driving license practice tests
• Applying for Food Stamp benefits
• Budgeting and financial stability services, including understanding debt and obtaining bank accounts
• Assistance with legal issues and understanding of CORI laws
